It's been awhile..!

I know that it has been a long time since I have posted but I have just been very busy!!! I recently got my LLC and now I am researching how to get my business license (any advice??) here are a few cakes that I have done in the meanwhile.

Weekend update...

I'v been pretty busy with cake orders, busy enough to buy a second kitchen aid mixer that I love!!! Anyway though I will show y'all three cakes//cupcakes I did last weekend. A 13th birthday, a farmville birthday and the other was a baby shower. Enjoy!

Happy 21st to Jen!

Over the weekend I did a birthday cake for one of my best friends, Jen. I absolutely love how the cake came out, it screams JEN! Her boyfriend then had the cake brought out while they were out at the metropolitan, surprise!

Double the trouble!

Over the weekend I had two birthday cakes to do and three birthdays to celebrate! The first cake was for Ashley, my little sister in high school, for her big 18th birthday! The second and third birthdays were for my twin cousins Libby and Drew who turned 4! The twins birthday theme was "Mickey and Minnie Mouse," I wanted to do something special for each of them that I have never seen before...so I came up with "The Twin Cake" hahaha

Chef Charity

So I just finished working on a cupcake flower bouquet for a chef charity that my mother went too (I had school) and it came out awesome! The bouquet was put up for auction for people to bid on it. I heard it was very much liked =]

This is the cake I made for my boyfriends 23rd birthday! It was chocolate and white almond cake with cookies and cream buttercream in between the layers.

Flowers are starting to bloom!

This flower bouquet is $25, it includes 6 flower cupcakes of any color and an inscription "Happy birthday, mothers day, easter etc."

This would be great for a Mardi Gras party.... (depending on the number of people) get a few flower bouquets in purple, green and gold. PERCIOUS.

Cake Balls!

Thats right! The new thing around town is "cake balls" I'm not sure why but I'm not complaining hahaha These are Chocolate Cake Balls dipped in Chocolate Ganache and sprinkles!
